The BMW North Star Chapter is an organization that would like to meet up with the demands of our various activities, events and responsibilities to our members. We are always on the lookout for Volunteers who would like to help the organization stay current, updated on all media and able to bring more opportunities to its members.

Social Media Expert
North Star BMW would like to expand our presence on Facebook and Instagram with more frequent communications and improved curated content across all social media channels. If you are passionate about social media and have proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools then we could use your expertise and advice. As novices, this is what we think needs to be done:
Develop a social media plan and calendar
Develop and/or curate engaging content; written, video, and photos
Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
Manage interactions and posts from one primary location
Set up analytics and create/review reports on key metrics
Potentially produce live social media content during events
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
However, we are looking for someone to help direct us to develop an overall plan and assist in its execution. The time commitment is flexible. It and can be as little as an hour or two a month for the next few months or we can discuss the current state of our North Star social media efforts and your interest and availability to develop and evolve a plan over a longer timeframe.
General Event | Chapter Support
There are opportunities small or large, short-term or longer-term, for ad hoc support, or structured and defined roles. The time commitment can be from a few hours for a specific event, to several hours a month for defined and ongoing volunteer positions. Let us know that you'd like to help.
