BMW CCA North Star Chapter — Classifieds Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, viewing, or posting content in the BMW CCA North

Star Chapter classifieds, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do

not agree, please do not use the classifieds section of this website.

2. Eligibility to Post Posting classifieds listings is limited to current, paid members of the

BMW CCA North Star Chapter in good standing. Membership status may be verified prior to

listing approval. Viewing classifieds is available to the general public.

 

3. Permitted Listings Members may post listings in the following categories:

 

• BMW and non-BMW vehicles for sale

• Automotive parts and accessories

• Automotive lifestyle and other automotive-related items

Listings must be accurate, truthful, and relevant to the interests of the BMW CCA

community. The BMW CCA North Star Chapter reserves the right to remove any listing

deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of permitted categories.

4. No Posting Fees Classifieds listings are provided as a free member benefit. The BMW

CCA North Star Chapter reserves the right to introduce or modify listing policies at any time

with or without notice.

5. No Involvement in Transactions The BMW CCA North Star Chapter acts solely as a

platform for connecting buyers and sellers. It is not a party to any transaction between the

users of the classifieds and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of listings, the

condition of items sold, or the conduct of any buyer or seller. All transactions are solely

between the posting member and the interested party.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties All items are listed on an "as-is" basis. The BMW CCA North

Star Chapter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality,

or accuracy of any listing. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all information

and inspect items before completing any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability The BMW CCA North Star Chapter, its officers, directors, and

volunteers shall not be liable for any damage, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the

classifieds section, including but not limited to transactions that have gone wrong,

inaccurate listings, or fraudulent activity by any user.

8. Prohibited Content Listings may not include:

​

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content

• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally

• Items unrelated to automotive or automotive lifestyle categories

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

9. Removal of Listings The BMW CCA North Star Chapter reserves the right to remove any

listing at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other

reason deemed appropriate.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State

of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from use of the classifieds shall be subject to the

jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota.

11. Changes to Terms The BMW CCA North Star Chapter reserves the right to modify these

Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the classifieds following any changes

constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
