There's no better way to enjoy your "Ultimate Driving Machine" than to get out on a road trip. It's even better when you venture out with fellow club members. Summers in Minnesota are brief. Make plans to hit the road and join the fun!

This year we have five day trips planned. All are now available for registration by their respective registration links below.

Tour de Twine

Ok, admit it. You have always wanted to see the largest ball of twine in the country. A slice of MN lore you just have to see. We’ll head west and will make a loop on back roads leading to Darwin where the largest ball of twine resides. We’ll dine at Zellas in Hutchinson ( Departs from Shakopee Kohl’s.

Vino in the Valley

Trek over to the Wisconsin side of the river and discover Vino in the Valley. We’ll have an entertaining drive on back roads followed by a leisurely dinner. Waits can be long, but when it’s this good, there no reason to rush. Departs from Woodbury Staples.

Leinenkugel Loop

We are headed east to Chippewa Falls, WI to tour the Leinenkugel brewery. Founded in 1867, this is the seventh oldest working brewery in the nation. We will dine at the High Shores Supper Club on Lake Wissota ( For dessert it’s Olson’s Ice Cream - Yum! Departs from Woodbury Staples

River Road Pizza Run

Explore the back roads on the WI side of the Mississippi for some spectacular driving. Hidden in the rolling hills we’ll find the Nelson Stone Barn, a wood-fired, brick oven eatery that serves incredible pizza in an amazing setting Departs from Cottage Grove Kohl’s.

Apple Harvest Express

Apples taste better when they are brought home in a BMW. Mid-September is peak apple time and we are headed south to travel the apple orchard back roads. We will dine at the Monarch Public House in Fountain City, WI. ( Departs from Cottage Grove Kohl’s
